  • Retain responsibility for business decisions and financial outcomes

We are not responsible for errors resulting from incomplete or inaccurate information provided by you.

  • Payments are typically billed monthly or as otherwise agreed
  • Invoices are due within 30 days of issuance
  • Late payments may result in service delays or suspension

We reserve the right to adjust pricing with reasonable notice.


5. No Guarantee of Outcomes

While we strive to provide accurate and reliable services, we do not guarantee specific financial outcomes, tax results, or business performance.


6. Tax and Legal Advice Disclaimer

Unless explicitly stated in writing, we do not provide tax filing or legal services. Clients should consult a qualified CPA, tax advisor, or attorney for formal tax or legal advice.
